After reading all these Bieber experiences, I decided that it was time to share mine. My Bieber experience was on February 8 th , 2011: the day of Justin’s ‘Never Say Never’ Premiere in Los Angeles. I had been to a movie premiere before (well I stood outside of one at least) and got a glance of some actors, in all, it was pretty successful. I became a big Justin Bieber fan in 2010 and right when I heard he had a movie coming out, I was ECSTATIC. Soon after, I heard that a premiere was likely to be held in LA, making me even more excited! (I live about an hour away!) I knew that this was my chance to maybe see Justin in person for the first time ever! Even a glimpse of his hair or Supra’s would have been good for me! My dad eventually agreed to drive me down to LA the day of the premiere with my friend Carly. I looked forward to this day everyday for about a month! When we got to LA the day of the premiere, it was definitely easy to find where it was being held…just listen for all the screaming girls! We got there at about 3:30pm or so and stood across the street, behind some barriers with a bunch of other girls. Luckily, we were right in the front! The set-up was ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS! Carly and I were FREAKING OUT about the PURPLE carpet! After about an hour or so, people started arriving. At first, we saw some people we weren’t really sure of, but then people we could recognize started arriving! As we were standing there in AWE, a car pulls up, with a bunch of cameras surrounding it. A guy gets out, and he looks REALLY familiar……WE REALIZE THAT IT’S SCOOTER!!! SCOOTER BRAUN! JUSTIN’S MANAGER!! We HAD to get his attention! We started screaming his name, “Scoooooooter!! Scoooter! SCOOOOTER!!” Hey, it worked because he started walking over. We couldn’t believe it! As excited as we already were, we became even more energized! Haha! Scooter—along with the beautiful Carin—finally got over to our general area and started HANDING OUT TICKETS. Carly and I were thinking. Carin, looking around, spots us, and pulls Scooter over. She goes, “Hey, these girls right here,” giving us a GORGEOUS smile. As I’m looking at Carin in complete AWE, Scooter asks, “How many?” Hardly able to talk, I blurt out, “TWO! TWO!” –as I completely forget about my Dad…ahhhh. Any who, I get a quick, awkward snapshot with my camera, scream “THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!” and he hands the tickets over to Carly. “DID THIS JUST HAPPEN?!?!” But wait, the best part’s coming up. Another car pulls up, with even MORE cameras around it. As we look over, JUSTIN BIEBER GETS OUT OF THE CAR! I couldn’t even believe that I wasn’t dreaming! He started walking over, right towards us! He went over to the girl right next to me and gave her two tickets—for her mom and herself—and looks at me with that lovely gaze! Ahhhh girl fan moment! I already had tickets, though, so I didn’t reach my hand out too far to confuse him! I WAS SHAKING! A little after, he walked away, Carly and I decided it was a good time to head into the theater! So, we walk over, jumping up and down, screaming into the phone to my Dad! He was being so patient with us and absolutely wonderful! Here’s what he said, “Just go in, have the best night of your life, and call me when it’s over, I’ll be okay!” Love you Dad!!!!! We go into the theater, and there were HUNDREDS of people & free food! We get into our seats, listen to Justin’s BEAUTIFUL speech, and watch the movie. It was ENCHANTING! We were in complete shock the whole time! The whole theater was singing along to every song and screaming the whole way through. It was fantastic. Once the movie ended, we went out into the general area, and kind of hang out for a bit, hoping to get a glimpse of some more people. The security guys were pushing us out, though…. until, I see DAN FREAKING KANTER!! Justin’s guitarist!! Could this night get ANY better?! I thought. Walking over to him, awkward and all, I ask him for a picture and actually talked to him for like a minute straight!! Dan, you’re the best. We finally walk outside, call my Dad, and reminisce abut the enchanting night. Dad, Scooter, Justin, thank you for making my dream come true
