For me, being a belieber means supporting Justin in everything, be there for him no matter what happens because he is a human and like all of us, he make mistakes. My name is Anita Weissbrot. I am 13 years old, I live in Chile and I have cancer. More or less in May/June, I made a video for Justin telling him about my illness, thanking him because his songs have helped me through this difficult time and telling him how much I’d like to meet him. Unfortunately, Justin never saw my video so I decided to apply for Make-a-Wish; a foundation that fulfills wishes of children with high-risk conditions, to meet him . One week before the concert I had no hope of meeting Justin but at least I had tickets for the concert. The surprise came when I was sleeping and my mum came into the room screaming that Make-a-Wish had called saying I was going to meet Justin! I didn’t believe her at first but then when she started to tell me everything, I get very excited. I was going to meet before his concert on October 15 2011. That week went SO slow and I was very nervous, but finally the big day came. I had to be in the National Stadium at 3:30pm to meet with Lisette, Make A Wish representative, along the 2 other girls that will meet Justin too: Barbara & Noemi. When we arrived at the stadium with my mum, we met Barbara and her mother and after a while we found the others. Lisette gave to each of us a Make A Wish Barbie in memory of the moment. When everything was ready, we were taken to a white tent where they put chairs and gave us water. We were there waiting for a long time, until suddenly Kenny arrived and greeted us. I could not believe that Kenny was in front of me, the bodyguard of my idol. Barbara and I asked if he could take a picture with us and he gladly accepted. After that, Scooter came, greeted us all and asked us if we were excited and we obviously said yes! Then I gave him a piece of paper that had my Twitter name and the link of my video. I explained that I had made a video for Justin and I’d love for Justin to watch it. Scooter said, “No problem” and he asked me if I wanted Justin to follow me. Obviously I said yes and he told me, “I promise Justin will follow you” and he shook my hand as a sign of a promise. Then he asked me how long my video lasted and I said no more than 2 minutes and he asked me if I would like to show the video to Justin myself! I could not believe it and I said, “Yes! Yes! Thank you!” He said to a man named Josh to go get a computer with internet. After talking for a while, Scooter went to look for Antonio, a dancer who showed us a few steps and take a picture with us. While we were taking the photo, Justin came saying, “Hey! Hola!” I was completely open-mouthed and in shock. Justin Drew Bieber was in front of me smiling and waving! After the greetings and introductions, I told him I had made a video for him and I would love him to watch it. He said he was going to watch the video and Scooter said Josh had gone for a computer. While waiting for the computer, Justin autographed some things, told me he liked my earrings and the purple hoody I was wearing! I thanked him for giving me the opportunity to meet him and told him that it meant the world to me. When they finally brought the computer, I put on the video and while I showed Justin and his team, I began to cry. When Justin realized I was crying, he hugged me tightly and kissed my head. When the video ended, Justin looked me in the eye and said “Thanks”, I hugged him. After that, we took some pictures with Justin, Pattie and others, then we say goodbye. Scooter took us to a door and said bye. At the door was a lady who took us to VIP top row 7 where we were in the concert. Then when the concert finished, one of my best friends Nicole Mendez (@nicolemendeza) and I were going in the car with her cousin. I began to check Twitter with my phone when I realized that Justin had tweeted me 3 times, had followed me and had DM’ed me! Also Scooter, Kenny and Alfredo had tweeted me too. I began to cry with happiness because I couldn’t believe that all this had happened in a single day, October 15 th . Definitely that was the best day of my life and now I am happy to say I am Anita, the girl who met Justin Bieber. -@ anitaweissbrot
